Terms of Service

By using 2WIMC, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What We Provide

2WIMC lets you record audio stories, save them, and send them to people you choose. Each $20 payment gives you one 15-minute recording that includes transcription, download, and scheduled delivery features.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password safe and secure
• Everything that happens in your account
• Making sure your email address is correct
• Only sharing recordings with people who want to receive them

3. What You Cannot Do

Please do not use 2WIMC to:

• Record or share anything illegal
• Harass, threaten, or harm anyone
• Break any laws
• Send unwanted messages to people who haven't agreed to receive them

4. Payments

Each recording costs $20. This is a one-time payment — there are no monthly fees. Once you pay, the credit does not expire.

If you have technical problems that stop you from recording, please contact us and we'll help.

5. Your Recordings

Your recordings belong to you. By using our service, you let us store and send your recordings as needed to provide the service.

6. How Scheduled Delivery Works

When you schedule a recording to be sent later:

• We will remind you before the delivery date
• If you don't cancel or change the date, we will send your recording to your chosen recipients
• You can cancel or change your delivery settings anytime before the scheduled date
• We cannot deliver to incorrect email addresses — please double-check them

7. Service Availability

We do our best to keep the service running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available. We may update or change features with reasonable notice.

If we ever need to close the service completely, we will give you at least 90 days notice so you can download your recordings.

8. Limits of Our Responsibility

2WIMC is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any problems that might happen from using the service, beyond what the law requires.

The most we would ever owe you is a refund of what you paid us.

9. Closing Your Account

We may close accounts that break these rules. You can delete your account anytime. When an account is closed, we delete all recordings within 30 days.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using the service after we make changes, that means you accept the new terms.
